Foxx Life Sciences Filling and Venting closures are aseptic handling solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and laboratory liquid transfer applications. All closures can be used on bottles and carboys with 53mm, 83mm, or 120mm closures. The pre-mounted lengths of platinum-cured silicone tubing allow for easy customization of carboys and bottles. Eliminate pouring of high valued products through this leak-proof aseptic system. Flexible system is designed with closures that fit bottles or carboys with 53mm, 83mm, and 120mm closures. Tubing manufactured from high purity silicone. Accept additional fluid transfer components such as aseptic connectors and air vent filters. All components are autoclavable. VersaCap is made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121C (250F) for 20 minutes.

The lockwire creates a positive locking device when installed properly in bolts, nuts, screws and other threaded components. It conforms to MIL-W-83420 specifications. The lockwire is made in the USA.

The OTAL foot pump with hose and stopcock is a flexible and space-saving pump. Unlike conventional pumps, the container does not have to be placed or held under the discharge elbow. Instead, the flexible 1.5 meter (4.92 ft.) hose can simply be routed to the container, allowing greater flexibility in positioning the container.
The OTAL foot pump is equipped with a flexible discharge hose made of PVC and a stopcock made of PP/PE. The delivery tubes are made of PP. The discharge hose can be shortened or replaced if necessary.
The stopcock enables good dosing. It also prevents unintentional run-on of the liquid.

All materials comply with USP Class VI standards, and are autoclavable up to 10 times. Hydrophobic PTFE membrane is reinforced with polypropylene housing and features a stepped hosebarb. Available in Non-sterile 1.00µm, 0.2µm pore sizes with platinum-cured silicone tubing, or in bulk packs (without tubing).
